Look Good & Do Good: Fashion 4 Ukraine Charity Event

The Mriya Gallery in New York City was the spot to be for anyone who loves fashion and wants to make a difference. This wasn’t just your typical runway show—it was a charity event in NYC dedicated to raising money for children in Ukraine who had recently been freed from Russian captivity.
It was packed—literally, people were standing just to catch a glimpse of the action. All proceeds went to these kids, and you could feel the support and excitement in the air.
More than Just Fashion
The night was about so much more than just fashion. Sure, we got to see collections from eight amazing designers, and yes, there were models strutting the runway. But what really made this special was the personal stories from the designers, many of whom have deep ties to Ukraine. The whole event felt like a celebration of Ukrainian culture and resilience, with stunning Ukrainian art hanging on the walls of the gallery.
Plus, the networking was on point. Everyone from designers and beauty pros to media reps and fashion lovers was there, making it a great night to connect with key players in NYC’s fashion scene. It was one of those fundraising events where you could really feel the purpose and passion to raise awareness.
Sveta Brings the After-Party Vibes
After the runway show wrapped, the night didn’t slow down—thanks to Sveta, which played a huge role in the after-party. Right at the entrance, Sveta welcomed everyone with a drink. Guests could choose between champagne or a delicious cocktail made with vodka, passion fruit, and mango juice (seriously, it was a hit!). Drinks by Sveta were the perfect way to kick off the party.
But the food? That’s where Sveta stole the show. We served up a delicious spread that had everyone talking—coconut shrimp, mini chicken Kyivs, homemade veal pelmeni, and traditional potato vareniki. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you could see how much people were loving it. Ukrainian cuisine was front and center, and Sveta definitely delivered.
